Micky Lawler is the Commissioner of Unrivaled, the professional 3-on-3 women’s basketball league.

She came to the role after a lengthy career in professional sports, most notably as President of the Women’s Tennis Association (WTA).

At the WTA, she navigated a complex governance structure where tournament owners and players shared 50/50 ownership and players operated as independent contractors with their own commercial rights.

Under Micky, Unrivaled is growing rapidly, with a $340 million valuation and a 48% revenue increase projected for its second season in 2026.
