Jonathan Ross

Jonathan Ross is the CEO and Founder of Groq® Inc, an AI inference platform based in Mountain View, California. He pioneered the Language Processing Unit (LPU™) to deliver ultra-fast AI inference and built a vertically integrated inference cloud that provides unmatched speed, quality, and energy efficiency. Before Groq, Jonathan led the development of Google’s Tensor Processing Unit (TPU), a custom AI accelerator designed to dramatically speed up machine learning workloads while reducing power consumption, and incubated projects within Google X’s Rapid Eval Team. He is focused on driving the cost of compute to zero, making AI faster and more accessible to all.
