Clara Shih is the Vice President of Business AI at Meta, where she leads the development and monetization of Meta’s Business AI portfolio across different use cases and surfaces, making cutting-edge AI accessible to any size business. Clara previously served as CEO of Salesforce AI, leading artificial intelligence efforts across the company, including product, frontier applied research, and go-to-market for Salesforce’s Einstein and Agentforce offerings. Prior to Salesforce, Clara was founder and CEO of Hearsay Social, an AI start-up enabling salespeople to leverage social networks to build their brand as expert advisors.
